Female Reproductive Organs System is one of the most important part on the female body. Parts of the female reproductive system very much, but we have to understand, especially for the woman herself. Female reproductive organ system consists of 2 parts in outline, namely: the inner and outer sections.

Any parts of the female reproductive system have their respective functions.

System of The Female Reproductive Organs and Functions

EXTERNAL GENITALIA (genetalia external)

1. Mons veneris
It is a building consisting of skin beneath which there is fatty tissue covering the pubic bone / simphisis. Mons veneris pubic hair covered
Mons veneris function is as a protection against collisions from the outside and can prevent infection from outside

2. Labia majora (large lips)
Consisting of the right and left oval shrink down and come together at the bottom. The outside of the labia majora consist of haired skin, lamak glands, and sweat glands. The inside is hairless and contain oil glands, this section contains many nerve endings that are sensitive to sex.

3. The labia minora (small lips)
Is a small crease on the inside of the labia majora. The front surrounds the clitoris. Both labia has blood vessels, so it can be a great time increases sexual desire. Labia is analogous to the skin of the scrotum in men.

4. Clitoris
The clitoris is a building consisting of:
- Glans clitoris
- The corpus clitoris
- Clitoral crura

Is part of erectile, like the penis in men. Contains many blood vessels and nerve fibers that are very sensitive during sex.

5. Vestibule
Genital parts is limited by both the right and left labia and the top of the clitoris and the labia minora the back of the meeting. In the vestibule there is a mouth vagina (hole intercourse), urinary tract, Bartholini glands and Skene's glands (these glands will secrete fluid during foreplay in sex so as to facilitate penetration of the penis).

6. Hymen (hymen)
Is a thin membrane covering the vaginal opening partially outside. In general hymen perforated so that a channel of menstrual blood flow or fluid, secreted by uterine glands and endometrial glands (inner lining of the uterus).

In women who do not have so-called atresia Himenalis himenalis introitus (Hymen Inferforata), resulting in menstrual blood can not get out,
At the time of first sex hymen will tear and bleed. After giving birth hymen is a small protrusion called kurunkula mirtiformis.

TOOLS OF WOMEN IN SEX (internal genetalia)

1. Vagina (Channel Intercourse)

Is the channel membranasea musculoskeletal (muscle-membrane) that connects the uterus to the outside world.

Muscle sections derived from the levator ani muscle and anal sphincter muscles (muscle anal) so it can be controlled and trained. Vaginal wall has a circular folds (wrinkles) called "rugae". Front vaginal wall measuring 9cm and 11cm rear wall. Lining of the vagina has no glands so that the liquid is always wet from the glands in the lining of the uterus or womb.

Some of the prominent uterus to the vagina is called "porsio" (cervix). Vagina (channel intercourse) have important functions:
- As the soft part of the birth canal,
- As a means of intercourse,
- A channel to drain the mucus and menstrual blood.

Mucus contains glycogen that can be broken down by bacteria Doderlein, so the acidity of vaginal fluid of about 4.5 (acidic).

2. Womb (uterus)

The shape of the uterus like a pear / Avocado, weighing about 30 grams. Located in the small pelvis between the rectum (the colon before the rectum) and bladder lies in front of him. Only the lower part supported by strong ligaments, thus free to grow and develop during pregnancy.

Triangular-shaped womb room, with the magnitude of the above. From the top of the uterus (fundus) there is a ligament to the groin (inguinal canal), so the position of the uterus to be toward the front. Muscle layer of the uterus consists of three layers, which have the ability for growth and development so as to preserve and maintain a pregnancy for nine months. Rahim is also the birth canal is important and has the ability to encourage the birth canal. Immediately after delivery the uterus can close the blood vessels to prevent bleeding. After delivery, the uterus within 42 days can be narrowed as before.

The function of the uterus:
- As a means to the scene of the menstrual
- As a means of growth and development of products of conception
- Place of manufacture for example hormone HCG

The parts of the womb (uterus):
- Cervix uteri
- The corpus uteri
- Fundus uteri

Histology of the uterus is divided into three parts:
- Endometrium, the lining of the uterus most out of each month in which the menstrual blood
- Miometrum, the middle layer is composed of layers of smooth muscle
- Perimetrium, an outer layer consisting of connective tissue

These ligaments function:- Prevent the uterus does not go down
- Inside are blood vessels that uterine artery & vein

3. Fallopian tube

Fallopian tube from the tip of the broad ligament running to the lateral direction, with a length of about 12 cm. Fallopian tube instead of a straight line, but having the width so set it apart into four sections. In the open ends and have fimbriae (tassels), so it can capture the ovum (egg) during the release of an egg (ovulation). Oviduct is funnel channel the products of conception (fertilization outcome) to the uterus. Fallopian tubes is the most sensitive to infection and the main cause of sterility (infertility).

Fallopian tube function is vital in the process of pregnancy, which became a meeting place channels of spermatozoa and ova, ova catcher has a function, where the occurrence of conception (fertility), the channel and the growth of a fertilized before being able to embed themselves in the lining of the uterus

Tubal function:
- The occurrence of fertilization
- Channels that issued the products of conception
- Fimbria lifted out of the ovarian ova

4. Ovarian (Ovary)

The ovaries are located between the uterus and the pelvic wall, and hung to the uterus by the ligament of ovary proprium and the pelvic wall by a ligament-pelvikum infundibulo. The ovaries are a source of the most important female hormones, so as to have the impact of womanhood in the regulatory process of menstruation. The ovaries release an egg (ovum) every month alternating right and left. At the time of the egg (ovum) released women called "the fertile period".

Ovarian function:
- As the producer of the egg / ovum
- As an organ that produces hormones (estrogen and progesterone)

5. Parametrial (Buffer Rahim)

Is the peritoneum folds with a variety of thickening, which connects the uterus to the pelvic bone. Folds it contains the fallopian tube and participate prop indumg eggs. This section is sensitive to infection and impairs their function.

Almost the entire female reproductive organs in the pelvic cavity. Each individual woman has a pelvic cavity (pelvis) are different from each other. The shape and size affect the ease of a birth process. And change the size of the pelvis is also to measure the gestational age of a woman.
